Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: What happens to unused hours?
Hours don't roll over month to month, so if a lighter month comes up, no worries, but I'd rather help you use what you've got than let it go to waste. If you're consistently using fewer hours than your package, let's just adjust you down.
Question 2: What if I need more hours than my package some months?
Totally normal, extra hours are billed at $25/hr, or if it's becoming the norm, we can just move you up a package.
Question 3: Why is a from-scratch build quoted separately?
Building something from nothing (a full site, a new system) takes more hours than any monthly package covers in one go. I'll scope it honestly upfront, so there's no surprise, once it's live, your monthly package keeps it running and growing.
Question 4: Do we lose our site if we stop monthly support?
Never. You own this completely; the site, the database, the domain. If you ever want to step away or go it alone, everything leaves with you.
Question 5: We have very limited tech skills, will we be left confused?
Not at all. I'll walk you through everything clearly when it's live, and your monthly hours mean you never have to handle the technical side yourself, just tell me what you need changed, and I'll take it from there.
